Dear Lord, who art in heaven you surly deserves all the praise in the world. I am praying to thank you for my new freedom. While I somewhat appreciate the effort of the hundreds of men and women who traveled from all over the world and worked tirelessly to free me and my fellow minders. I would like to thank you for saving me as you are all powerful and (needless to say) deserve all of the credit. Obviously you bare absolutely no responsibility for us being trapped in the first place, that was just a thing that randomly happened however we know that every second after that you watched over us. Every night I spent in that mine I thanked you, for what exactly i’m not sure, but thank you. Because even while children starved to death in Africa I know you kept a watch over me.
What i’m trying to say lord is that while we know many bad things happen around the world they will never allow us to question you. We love you despite of every earthquake, tsunami or flood. If a house burns down and only a single baby survives we will endlessly thank you for saving the baby and never wonder why you would allow the fire to start in the first place. Because we are men of faith. I will now use my new found celebrity to spread word of your highly selective love for humanity.
